What we do with your details.

This page covers the personal data Sage AI collects through this website and how it is handled. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

Sage AI, established in the Netherlands. For anything on this page, write to contact@sageai.nl. Our registration details are in the footer of every page.

What this website collects

One thing: the demo request form. When you submit it we receive the name, work email, company and optional message you typed. Nothing else on this site collects anything.

There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no third-party fonts or scripts. The page makes no external requests at all. Nothing follows you after you leave.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, as any web host does.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

To reply to you and arrange the demo you asked for. The legal basis is your request: you filled in a form asking us to get in touch. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for up to twelve months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a customer, contract and invoicing records are kept for seven years as Dutch tax law requires.

Who can see it

Sage AI, and our hosting provider Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify processes data in the EU and the United States under standard contractual clauses. Nobody else.

Business data you send us for analysis

A sales export is your company's commercial data, not personal data, and we treat it as confidential. Before you send anything we agree in writing what is needed, who will see it, how it is transferred and when it is deleted. We do not need customer names, addresses or any personal details to run an analysis, and we would rather you removed them before sending.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@sageai.nl and we will act within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we respond you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
